These conditions are aimed at protecting our customers and enable a happy shopping experience. PRIVACY POLICY Here at Lourene Ltd your privacy is paramount. As such we do NOT give any of your details out to any third party. We are required by the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to follow strict procedures to protect customer information. We do not share information that you provide with any other company. You can rest assured that none of your details will be passed to bridal lists and that all personal information sensitive or otherwise given to us through this website will only be held and used with care and in accordance with this policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.  PAYMENT Lourene Ltd accepts the following payment methods: PAYPAL on their secure servers Cheques made payable to Lourene Ltd Bank Transfer Payment must be received and cleared before goods are made and dispatched. Goods remain the property of Lourene Ltd until payment has been made in full. DISPATCH We aim to delivery items within 3 - 4 working days. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail Nextday Special delivery to give you peace of mind. We will send you an email on the day before dispatch so you know your items are on their way. We can not be held responsible for failure of a recipient to sign for a package, or for the package not being picked up from the local sorting office if an attempted delivery was made to the correct address and there was nobody there to sign for it.  Items will be held at your local sorting office for three weeks.  If the parcel has not been collected from the sorting office within three weeks, Royal Mail will return the parcel to us and this will incur an extra postage cost of £5.95 for us to re-send your items to you. POSTAGE COSTS Postage and packing on orders are £5.95 for Special Delivery £9.95 for Eire and Europe and £11.95 for International Worldwide REFUNDS & RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately by emaling us at orders@lourene.co.uk within seven days to qualify for a full refund (minus postage charges). In the interests of hygiene, pierced earrings are non-returnable.  This includes necklace jewellery sets where earrings are included as part of the set. All return postage costs to be paid for by the customer. We advise that the items are sent securely using Royal Mail special delivery as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods In the unlikely event the item is damaged, please contact us immediately. INTENDED USE Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and Lourene Ltd shall not in any way be liable for any injury, harmful effects or consequential loss resulting from the application of any inappropriate use, inadequate care, neglect, process treatment or storage of goods after delivery.
